Drew Shackleton is a seasoned strategist in media and entertainment with a specialization in data analytics and content strategy. He has experience at some of the world's top entertainment companies, where he partners closely with both studio executives and data science teams to guide content distribution decisions.

Shackleton is currently a senior director of corporate strategy and content optimization at Paramount Global, where he facilitates internal and external distribution of content from the company's vast portfolio of brands, including CBS, Showtime, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, and BET. Prior to joining Paramount Global, he led audience analytics for Sony Pictures US distribution. Shackleton started his entertainment career at Disney in its cable networks division during the height of Pay TV. He is a former management consultant at Deloitte, where he supported Fortune 500 companies in TMT. Shackleton also advises various tech and media startups.

He received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his BA from UCLA.
