Adam Day is a seasoned facilitator, strategist, and performance coach who supports global clients from Portland, OR. Having worked in more than two dozen countries, Day brings 25 years of leadership experience across a range of industries and cultures. He works at the intersection of the many disciplines essential to workplace transformation: diversity and inclusion, change management, leadership development, human resources, design, and technology. He has managed global teams, advised multinational organizations, nonprofits, and start-ups, and helped leaders define their strategic goals and how to achieve them. In his workplace research and innovation roles at Nike and WeWork, Day led the design and activation of numerous hybrid workplace initiatives. As a facilitator and leadership coach, Day supports Nike managers and has collaborated with partners such as Mind Gym (London) and Via Renaissance (Stockholm) to deliver unique learning experiences that elevate the performance of diverse and distributed teams. Day started his portfolio career as a newspaper journalist in New England and a case study writer for Harvard Business School. He is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy, Cornell University (BS), and Tufts University (Fletcher School, MALD).
