Shani Hilton has been with BuzzFeed almost from the moment it started its news division. As VP of News and Programming, she now oversees more than 200 journalists, maintains the company’s editorial standards, and has led efforts to diversity BuzzFeed News’ revenue through shows and programming with a large focus in live video, including AM2DM and PROFILE on Facebook Watch.
