A PR crisis may be self-inflicted, such as Wells Fargo’s sales practice scandal, or it can be an issue outside of a company’s control. This lecture by Paul Gomez will focus on how crisis communications is a critical piece in a company’s crisis management strategy and overall reputation plan.
