Join students and faculty for a presentation by Dr. Stanislav Tkachenko, Vice Rector for International Relations at Saint Petersburg State University.  His topic: “Russian Foreign Policy and the Role of Public Diplomacy.”  Dr. Tkachenko’s research focuses on European monetary integration, the foreign policy of the Russian Federation, and international political economy.  RSVP requested.
