Join students and faculty for a presentation by Dr. Pamela Starr on “Making Latin America Safe for Free Trade: The Role of Public Diplomacy.” Dr. Starr is Associate Director of the USC Latin America Initiative, Senior Fellow at the USC Center on Public Diplomacy, and a Senior Lecturer in the School of International Relations.
