Los Angeles Cable Television Franchise Forum

Join members of the Los Angeles City Council for a forum assessing needs and opportunities for Los Angeles as it enters franchise negotiations with local cable television operators. Presenters will include USC Annenberg faculty Francois Bar, Jonathan Taplin, and Tracy Westen, as well as Jeff Chester, executive director, Center for Digital Democracy (http://www.democraticmedia.org/).
