All Annenberg Majors have an advisement requirement. You must meet with an adviser to get D-clearance and/or register for Fall 2008 classes.
Declared Majors and Minors may be advised during the same time periods based on class standing. Advisement is not required for minors unless they need D-clearances. Class standing is based on number of units COMPLETED and does not include current classes. The online Schedule of Classes and your registration time will be available online (www.usc.edu under OASIS) beginning March 14.
Students can make one appointment if they have a major and minor within Annenberg (i.e. Communication Major & ADV Minor or Journalism Major & COMM Minor).

To schedule an appointment, stop by the Annenberg Student Services office (ASC 140 – East Lobby) or call (213) 740-0900. If we are unable to answer the phone and you are transferred to voicemail, please DO NOT leave a message. Try calling again until you reach a person who will schedule an appointment for you. Unfortunately, we cannot schedule an appointment unless we speak with you directly.
Arrive on time! If you are more than ten minutes late or miss your appointment, you MUST come to the next available walk-in advising day. If you are unable to attend your scheduled meeting, call (213) 740-0900 at least 24 hours ahead to reschedule. No appointment is necessary during the WALK-IN advisement times. Hours for walk-in advising are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on designated days (listed above).
