Master of Communication Management

Below are the basic requirements for the program:

Students are encouraged to choose one of the seven tracks in which to focus their study.

For each track, students are recommended to take:

At least one core
At least three electives (other core listed for track can count as an elective)

Alternatively, they can pursue a “general” track:

At least one core course in one of the seven tracks
At least three electives (listed in any of the seven tracks)

Required Courses:

One Core course
CMGT 540 – Uses of Communication Research (semester prior to 597)
CMGT 597 – Communication Research Practicum (taken in the students last semester)

Students are permitted to take up to 8 units outside of the Annenberg School. The course must be graduate level and enhance their program.
